Give2Asia partners with Asian Venture Philanthropy Network
Cross-border alliance will develop venture philanthropy in Asia
Give2Asia, a US-based nonprofit promoting philanthropy to Asia
has announced a new partnership with the Asian Venture Philanthropy
Network (AVPN).
A working relationship began in April when Give2Asia became a
founding member of AVPN, which has now joined Give2Asia's network
of fiscal sponsorship partners. The fiscal sponsorship network
provides charitable organisations across the Asia-Pacific region
the opportunity to fundraise with Give2Asia's supporters in the
United States. Its Sponsorship Funds offer Asia-based educational
and charitable organisations a convenient and cost-effective way to
accept tax-deductible contributions from supporters in the United
States. Give2Asia now has over 140 fiscal sponsorship partners.
"Fiscal sponsorship allows Give2Asia to meet its mission of
